Dream Draw Rules
What our lawyers want you to readDream Draw Rules
Let’s get started with the basics
Thanks for entering our Prize Draws! Omaze UK Limited (Omaze) runs and is the promoter for different draws to give people the chance to win houses, money, gift cards and other prizes. You can find our company information here. You’ll find details below about all the prizes available to win in each prize draw under these Dream Draw Rules (these Dream Draw Rules).
About these Dream Draw Rules
These Dream Draw Rules contain the terms and conditions for each prize and prize draw described below (each, a Dream Draw) and govern your entrance into them. We also have Official Rules which contain additional terms and conditions which apply to each Dream Draw – please read both sets of rules carefully as they contain important information you need to know and rules you need to follow (for example, the Official Rules contain important terms on winner disqualifications). By entering a Dream Draw, you agree to be bound by, and comply with, these Dream Draw Rules and the Official Rules.
Key terms we use
We’ve defined the capitalised terms in bold in these Dream Draw Rules. Any capitalised term that’s not expressly defined in these Dream Draw Rules is defined in the Official Rules.
No purchase necessary
No purchase, payment or donation of any kind to Omaze is necessary to enter a Dream Draw. You can use our postal entry methods if you wish to enter without payment to Omaze.
We draw winners for each Dream Draw using a verifiably random process from all eligible entries, which does not differentiate in any way between paid entries and postal entries. Your odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries we receive.
Where your entry fee goes
Each month, Omaze operates a Million Pound House Prize Draw in support of a charity partner and Dream Draws support the same charity partner as the current Million Pound House Prize Draw with the earliest closing date at any time. Irrespective of the number of tickets sold in the Prize Draw, we guarantee to provide this charity with a donation of £1,000,000.

Additional entry requirements
General eligibility requirements
You must be 18 years old or over and a legal resident of the UK when you enter a Dream Draw and when you accept the prize. Please also read the Official Rules which contain additional eligibility requirements.
Previous grand prize winners can win again
If you previously won a grand prize in another draw within the last 18 months of any entry period described above, your eligibility for any other prizes in the Prize Draws is not affected (expressly overriding contrary terms contained in the Official Rules).
Entry period deadlines
We must receive entries to all Dream Draws before the following times for them to be eligible:
| Paid online entries | 23:59:59 (GMT or BST as applicable) on the last date of the entry period |
|---|---|
| Postal entries | 17:00:00 (GMT or BST as applicable) on the last date of the entry period |
We’re the official timekeeper
Any hand delivered entries are not eligible and will be void.
Entry limits
There are no entry limits in the Dream Draws – you can enter as many times as you like into a Dream Draw. However, for paid methods of entry, we may introduce an entry limit or limit the amount that you can spend (whether in total, via a specific payment method or on your entries to win a particular prize). This means that any entries you make which exceed the limit will be ineligible to win. These potential limitations would only apply to paid online methods of entry – we won’t limit the number of postal entries you can make.
What happens if you win
You must be verified
We verify all potential winners we draw before we announce them as the prize winner, as described in more detail in the Official Rules. Otherwise, you could be disqualified.
Accept the prize on time
If a winner doesn’t contact us to accept their prize within the timeframe described in the tables above, they will be deemed to have forfeited any claim to the prize and will not be entitled to an alternate prize or compensation. In such cases, we may draw an alternate winner using a verifiably random process from all eligible entries. We aren’t responsible for any electronic, software, network or internet issues or failures with notifying a winner about winning a prize or delivering a prize via email.
When we announce all winners
We’ll announce all winners in at most two days after the latest closing date shown in the tables above.
Your responsibilities if you win
Winners must accurately complete and return any documentation we notify them of in writing in order to accept and redeem a prize – failure to do so may unfortunately result in disqualification. Winners are also solely responsible for all taxes, costs and fees associated with their receipt, ownership and/or use of a prize.
Additional legal points
Changes
We reserve the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend a Dream Draw or to amend these Dream Draw Rules at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
Severability
Each of the clauses of these Dream Draw Rules operate separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.
Liability and governing law
Section 18 (Limitation Of Liability; Sole And Exclusive Remedy) and Section 19 (Governing Law; Jurisdiction) of the Official Rules are incorporated as if written into these Dream Draw Rules (references to “Official Rules” will be replaced with references to “Dream Draw Rules”).
Best of luck!
